VN Leadership Pathway
This pathway enables LVNs to earn their teaching credentials, and continue teaching while earning their associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees. You’ll graduate with an advanced degree, no student debt, and years of valuable higher-ed experience.
STEP ONE
Earn LVN teaching credential – 1 Year
Teach as diploma-level faculty – 1 Year
STEP TWO
Earn ASVN degree while teaching – 2 Years
Teach as associate-level faculty – 1 year
STEP THREE
Earn BHA while teaching – 2 Years
Teach as bachelor’s-level faculty – 1 Year
STEP FOUR
Earn MHA or MPH while teaching – 2 years
Teach as master’s-level faculty – 1 year
VN to MSN
Pathway
Created for LVNs who want to grow their skills in the clinical space while also advancing as educators, this pathway steers nurses through all the necessary training and experience to become a registered nurse, and eventually earn a BSN and MSN.
STEP ONE
Earn LVN teaching credential – 1 Year
Teach as diploma-level faculty – 1 Year
STEP TWO
Earn ASVN degree while teaching – 2 Years
Teach as associate-level faculty – 1 year
STEP THREE
Earn ADN & fulfill clinical hours while teaching part-time – 1 year
STEP FOUR
Complete RN-to-BSN program while teaching – 2 Years
Teach as BSN-level faculty – 1 year
STEP FIVE
Earn MSN while teaching – 2 Years
Teach as master’s level faculty – 1 Year
Allied Health Leadership Pathway
Designed for allied health professionals who want to ascend to administrative roles or leadership positions in public health, this apprenticeship program enables diploma-level faculty to achieve a master’s degree in as little as 10 years.STEP ONE
