We prioritize all-around wellness for employees and their families. All eligible Unitek employees qualify for medical, dental, and vision coverage. We’ll cover up to 80% of healthcare premium costs for employees, and up to 50% for their dependents.

Whether dealing with short-term challenges or life-altering circumstances, we want our employees to feel supported. That’s why we offer an Employee Assistance Plan, plus additional benefits like life insurance coverage and AD&D insurance.

Financial security is important to all-around wellness. Eligible employees can enjoy tax-advantaged retirement savings by contributing to a Unitek-sponsored 401(k) plan.

Depending on position and job location, many employees are eligible for paid holidays, sick time, and/or PTO that accrues based on length of employment. Nursing instructors may also be eligible for semester breaks and incentive-based time off.

We want our faculty to reach the top of their field, and stay at the top. Our comprehensive faculty training programs help instructors further their skills and adapt to changing learning environments. We also support our staff in obtaining advanced certifications and degrees to continue their professional development.

People with a passion for teaching also tend to love learning! Unitek offers significant tuition discounts to faculty and staff looking to continue their education and gain new qualifications. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to develop their skills and pursue the career path that’s right for them.

Employees looking to continue their education may also be eligible for scholarship assistance.Nursing faculty who want to earn their Master of Science in Nursing Education are eligible for loan-forgiveness scholarships that cover the cost of an MSN. After graduation, 100% of the loan is forgiven over a three-year period spent working as full-time Unitek faculty.
